Terms and Conditions

Your gambling agreement

Your contract for a Bezy account is with Jumpman Gaming Limited. For Great Britain, its gambling services operate under Gambling Commission licensing and regulation, with account number 39175. Outside Great Britain, regulation is provided by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. Registering an account means accepting the gambling agreement. You must be at least 18 and meet the gambling age requirement where you live. Registration is unavailable in prohibited jurisdictions.

Account details and access

You may register only one account for yourself. Give complete and accurate personal details, and notify customer support when those details change. Your password and username must remain private. Transactions authorised using your correct login credentials are your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorised activity promptly and sign out after a session. Before submitting a deposit or bet, make sure the instruction matches what you intend. You remain responsible for mistakes in those instructions.

Identity and affordability

You can be asked to establish your age, identity, address and ownership of your payment method. Requests may include certified documents, and verification can be repeated. A first withdrawal requires identification. A passport or driving licence and a utility bill issued during the preceding three months are typical documents. When supplying a requested card image, conceal its central eight digits. Separate affordability enquiries can require payslips or bank statements to establish where your gambling money comes from. Insufficient evidence can restrict play and prevent deposits or payouts.

Adding money

The smallest permitted deposit is £10. Transactions for deposits and withdrawals use GBP. You can register up to three payment cards. Every funding method must belong to you, with the registered name matching your account details. A Pay by Mobile deposit carries a £2.50 charge. Money deposited into a playing account earns no interest. Report any amount credited incorrectly so that the error can be addressed.

Receiving a withdrawal

You may request all your withdrawable cash in one transaction, subject to any required account, verification or due diligence checks. During document assessment, a withdrawal retains pending status. After all required identification has been verified, processing of pending requests takes place within 24 hours. Following the pending stage, arrival at your bank normally takes 1–5 working days. Verification can affect when that stage ends. If documents are rejected, pending funds return to your playing balance within 48 hours and replacement documents are requested by email. Pay by Mobile cannot receive payouts.

Bonus balances and wagering

Bonus credit is not directly cashable. Unless an offer specifies different conditions, new bonus winnings add a wagering obligation of ten times their value to any unfinished requirement. Cash stakes do not reduce that obligation. Withdrawing before completion forfeits remaining bonus credit and outstanding promotions. For funded accounts, conversion is limited to total lifetime deposits, with a ceiling of £250. An unfunded account has a £50 conversion ceiling. Any excess bonus balance is removed once conversion occurs.

Safekeeping and inactivity

Customer money is placed in a separate client bank account, apart from company money. This separation provides no protection if the operator becomes insolvent.

After 365 consecutive days without a login, an account is classed as inactive. Notification is sent beforehand. The cash balance is then suspended for security and may disappear from the displayed balance. A £5 fee is deducted at 30-day intervals until no credit remains or reactivation restores the cash balance. You retain entitlement to any remaining money and may request restoration at any time, potentially following identity checks.

Closure and fair use

You can request ordinary account closure by email. It becomes effective 72 hours after customer support confirms submission. Accessing the account during that interval cancels the request, so closure must be reconfirmed. A withdrawal already underway must finish before closure. Ordinary closure is reversible and does not provide a gambling exclusion.

Play must be for lawful personal entertainment. Automated play, collusion, false account details and exploitation of game faults are prohibited. Breaches may lead to account suspension, cancelled bonuses or voided winnings. Winnings caused by technical faults or administrative mistakes may also be cancelled.
